What data is processed?

• Data you send via the contact form: name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message.
• Technical logs: the server may keep access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) to ensure security and prevent misuse.

Important: please do not send detailed medical information (diagnosis, X-rays, medication lists) through the form. Such information is collected only during an examination, to the extent the treatment requires it.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your enquiry, planning appointments and treatment → performance of a contract and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Website security and technical operation → legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics cookies → only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Contact form records are stored for a maximum of 12 months after your enquiry has been handled and are then deleted. Records that must be kept by law are retained for the period required by the applicable legislation.

Sharing and transfers

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing. Only the technical service providers we use for hosting and e-mail delivery may access data to the extent required to provide their service.

If you consent to analytics cookies, measurement data is processed on Google Analytics infrastructure, which means the data is processed outside Türkiye/the EEA on the basis of your consent. If you do not consent, the analytics code is not loaded at all.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, to request access, rectification or erasure, to request restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Under Turkish law (KVKK Art. 11) you may submit your request to the address or e-mail above. Visitors in the European Union also have the rights set out in Articles 15–21 GDPR.
